Right now we're 3D printing these face shields designed by Prusa, who are continuing to develop their design and keep the files and instructions updated on their website here:

https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc3

We're printing them in PLA since we don't have PETG, using the following settings
0.25mm layer height
40% infill
3 perimeters
3 solid top and bottom layers
no support

Our advice is to keep checking the Prusa website regularly, and to read the instructions super carefully, especially the part that says PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.

We're working on a spreadsheet for everyone to update with the number they've made, and to organize pickup and dropoff and exchange of materials, but in general please limit contact with each other as much as possible, practice social distancing, respect #kedacas and shelter in place rules, and stay healthy. And wash your hands again and again and again!
